Dispatch and shipping

Shipping costs are based on the number of prints you buy and the location you want us to ship to. Just add prints to your cart, choose your place of delivery and click update to see the shipping cost before your sale goes through. We dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we will try to help.

Shipping in South Africa

All South African orders are sent by Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.co.za).

Shipping Worldwide

Orders sent out to Europe, the US or anywhere else in the world could take 1 to 3 weeks. We use DHL Global Shipping. This is a non-trackable service provided by DHL in partnership with your local domestic mail provider. In all cases we strive to provide the best method of postage whilst keeping shipping costs to the very minimum.

Damage

If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.

Loss

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your print/s.

Returns policy

We do hope that you are very happy with your print/s. If you are not, please get in touch. We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
